Responsibilities
- Open and close the restaurant, including all opening and end-of-day procedures
- Handle daily cash and card transactions, cash drawers, and closing-of-day reports
- Operate and manage POS systems; troubleshoot basic issues as needed
- Lead, train, and motivate front- and back-of-house staff
- Oversee daily operations, scheduling, and shift coverage
- Ensure food quality, consistency, cleanliness, and safety standards

As a line cook you will be assigned a position in the kitchen such as the grill, sandwich builder, fry station etc. Duties include preparing food and maintaining sanitation standards and completing daily kitchen assignments. The goal is to help preserve and enhance our reputation so we can expand our clientele. The successful candidate will play a key role in contributing to customer satisfaction and timely delivery.
Responsibilities

- Check the quality of ingredients
- Monitor stock and make sure Chef is aware when there are shortages
- Help clean the kitchen at night (mop, sweep etc)
- Help restock items (paper products, ingredients, supplies etc)
Qualifications
- Proven experience as a line or fry cook
- Experienced knife skills are a MUST
- Knowledge of various cooking procedures and methods (grilling, frying, broiling etc.)
- Ability to follow all sanitation procedures
- Ability to work in a team environment
- Very good communication skills
- Good physical condition and stamina
- High school diploma or equivalent
- SERVSAFE is not required but preferred
- Diploma from a culinary school will be an advantage

As a cashier you will accurately take food and beverage orders according to customer specifications and our menu. In addition you will construct different drinks, milkshakes and deliver prepared food to customers. The goal is to help preserve and enhance our reputation so we can expand our clientele. - Greet guests in a timely and professional manner.

Qualifications

- Pay is hourly based and will based on experience.
- Have previous POS or cashier experience
